Dexcom is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst II to support Manufacturing Operations by delivering accurate and timely analytics. You will develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and conduct ad hoc analyses using BI tools and SQL to enable data-driven decision-making across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into actionable insights and contributing to operational efficiencies.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Write and validate SQL queries for reporting and analytics
- Analyze manufacturing performance trends and operational patterns
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and operations teams
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with operational KPIs
- Translate business questions into clear reporting and insights
