Senior Maintenance Worker

Simon is seeking a Senior Maintenance Worker to maintain the physical property and systems of The Shops at Mission Viejo. This role involves troubleshooting and performing repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, as well as structural elements. The position also includes ensuring the cleanliness of common areas and assisting with event setups and other departments as needed.

• Inspect facility and troubleshoot/repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Perform maintenance and minor repairs on interior/exterior property elements including painting, drywall, and structural repairs
• Operate equipment for preventive maintenance and cleanliness
• Assist other departments with event setups and cart placement/repair
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance programs
• Assist in supervising maintenance staff and inspecting their work
