About this role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Scientist for their Analytical Development Separation Sciences team in Malvern, PA. This role focuses on developing, validating, and transferring separation-based analytical methods for protein biotherapeutics, including monoclonal antibodies and antibody drug conjugates. The scientist will serve as a technical expert, implement innovative technologies, and contribute to laboratory operations and GMP compliance.

What we are looking for

Develop, validate, and transfer biochemical methods (HPLC, CE, etc.)
Serve as analytical technical expert for investigations and inspections

Collaborate in a team environment to meet project objectives
Minimum Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience or Master's with 2 years
