About this role

FWD Group is seeking a Senior Data Science Specialist to identify and deploy analytics use cases that impact the business. You will design, develop, and implement predictive models and analytics solutions using first and third-party data to enhance decision-making. This role will support Persistency and Distribution Analytics, and contribute to the creation of Generative AI products.

Collaborate with business units to identify analytical use cases
Design and implement analytics solutions including model development and deployment
Translate results into actionable insights and present to stakeholders
Create documentation for model development and results
Quantify the impact of deployed analytics solutions
Experience in end-to-end ML/AI model development lifecycle
