Join our team to accelerate the adoption of AI and advanced analytics in biological sciences. You will build AI-powered tools to enhance scientific productivity, knowledge management, and decision-making for gene delivery platforms and cell therapies. This role requires a blend of biological sciences, bioinformatics, data science, and generative AI expertise to collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop innovative solutions.

What we are looking for 6

Develop AI agents and RAG systems for scientific workflows
Analyze multi-modal biological datasets including NGS and omics
Automate scientific workflows and improve data discoverability
Collaborate with scientists and IT to translate business problems into AI solutions
Build predictive and descriptive models for process development
Experience with LLMs, vector databases, and agentic frameworks
