Analytics Engineer

Thatch is seeking an Analytics Engineer to own and develop the company's data models, metrics, and dashboards. You will be responsible for defining how the business is measured, ensuring data consistency and reliability, and making data accessible for leadership, growth, finance, and operations teams. This role involves building dbt models, designing dashboards, improving data quality, and enabling self-serve analytics.

• Own meaningful metrics and data products from definition to adoption
• Build and maintain dbt models for business measurement
• Design and maintain dashboards for daily decision-making
• Improve data quality through testing and monitoring
• Enable self-serve analytics for faster team insights
• Strong SQL, dbt, and Python skills required
