Data Analyst

PerkinElmer is seeking a Data Analyst to provide strategic business analysis and deliver insightful reporting in a client-facing role. You will integrate complex datasets, optimize business processes, and identify key drivers of financial performance for laboratory asset management programs. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and support cost-saving initiatives.

• Standardize, prepare, and deliver detailed reporting and analytics on Client laboratory assets and services
• Support analysis, recommendations, and cost-savings validation discussions with the Client
• Compile Monthly and Quarterly Reporting against KPIs and SLAs
• Analyze KPI and asset-level reporting to identify opportunities for improvement
• Support Root Cause Analysis efforts to mitigate asset failures and reduce program cost
• Support standardization of the customer Asset list and resolve nomenclature inconsistencies
