Data Scientist 4- Interactive Discovery

Netflix is seeking a Data Scientist to join the Messaging Data Science & Engineering team. This role focuses on building data, analytics, and experimentation systems for personalized member communications across various channels. You will lead A/B testing, apply causal inference, and develop measurement frameworks to drive engagement and business-critical communications.

• Design and execute rigorous A/B tests for messaging strategies
• Apply causal inference techniques for non-standard experimentation scenarios
• Define and evolve experimentation standards and measurement frameworks
• Own data pipelines and dataset enrichment for reliable analysis
• Automate recurring analysis and build self-serve tools
• Translate ambiguous business asks into data science solutions
