As a Senior Labor Data/Reporting Analyst at Jabil, you will leverage your expertise to analyze complex labor data, develop insightful reports, and identify opportunities for workforce optimization. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure data integrity and present findings to stakeholders, playing a key role in strategic decision-making.

Develop and maintain labor reporting dashboards, metrics, and KPIs
Analyze labor data including headcount, attrition, productivity, and cost
Design data models and analytical tools for workforce initiatives
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations for data requirements
Present labor trends, forecasts, and recommendations to leadership
Ensure accuracy and reliability of labor-related data
