Manager, Advanced Data Analytics and Insights

As a Manager, Advanced Data Analytics, you will mine customer data to drive strategic decisions and transform customer experiences. You will develop and lead data-driven initiatives, synthesizing insights and communicating them clearly to empower leaders. This role requires a customer-first mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for continuous learning to deliver impactful results.

• Summarize and structure large datasets, both structured and unstructured
• Develop insights and reporting capabilities to inform business decisions
• Create solutions using deep statistical analysis for digital transformation
• Collaborate across diverse teams to achieve business and customer success
• Leverage SQL, Python, R, Tableau/Power BI, and big data technologies
• Experience with AI/Generative AI and automation tools is a plus
