U-Haul is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Human Resources analytics team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role will focus on providing reporting and actionable analysis to support data-informed decision-making across management levels regarding HR programs and team members. Responsibilities include analyzing HR data, developing Power BI dashboards, identifying trends, and extracting/cleaning data from various sources.

Analyze and report on Human Resources program data
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Extract data from Workday, Databricks, and SQL-based data warehouses
Identify key trends, cause & effect, and forward-looking implications
Present insights clearly to facilitate action and enact change
Experience with Power BI, SQL, and Excel required
