Staff Data Scientist

BambooHR is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to lead machine learning and advanced analytics initiatives. You will architect, build, and productionize ML models, own existing predictive analytics portfolios, and set technical standards for the team. This role involves close collaboration with engineering and analytics teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions that influence key business decisions.
