Lead Data Scientist

Johnson & Johnson's MedTech Supply Chain Digital organization is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions. This role involves leading end-to-end Generative AI and machine learning projects, architecting complex ML solutions, and building agentic AI systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape AI/ML product strategy and provide technical leadership.

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI projects from concept to production
• Architect and deliver comprehensive ML-based solutions for complex challenges
• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems including RAG and autonomous workflows
• Conduct POCs and rapidly prototype ML/GenAI digital products
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and business partners
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data scientists and ML engineers
