Join our team as a Senior Scientist, Analytical Operations, and lead the development of automated analytical workflows for cell therapy programs. This role is crucial for enhancing testing efficiency, data quality, and manufacturing readiness through innovative automation and digital integration.

• Lead development of automated and PAT-enabled analytical workflows
• Improve testing efficiency, data quality, and process understanding
• Design, implement, and manage automated analytical methods and workflows
• Integrate automated workflows with LIMS, ELN, and electronic records
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Process Development, QC, and Manufacturing
• PhD with 2+ years or MS with 6+ years or BS with 8+ years of relevant experience
