Business Data Analyst

Fiserv is seeking a Business Data Analyst to support strategic planning and leadership reporting. You will analyze financial, workforce, and operational data to provide key insights and build dashboards. This role involves partnering with various departments to define metrics and improve reporting processes.

• Build and maintain reporting cadences, scorecards, and dashboards
• Analyze financial, workforce, program, and operational data
• Develop executive-ready reporting and presentation materials
• Manage data sourcing, validation, reconciliation, and quality controls
• Evaluate strategic initiative portfolios
• Lead improvements in self-service reporting and data automation
