Data & Reporting Analyst

Larkin Street Youth Services seeks a Data & Reporting Analyst to generate, assure quality, and distribute reports for grants, program evaluation, and organizational learning. This role involves maintaining data quality in the client data management system, contributing to dashboard development, and supporting data collection processes. The analyst will also assist with data analysis, including coding in R or Python, and contribute to mixed-methods research efforts.

• Generate and distribute internal and external reports for grants management and program evaluation
• Ensure data quality and compliance with funder reporting requirements
• Support the development and maintenance of program-facing dashboards
• Write and maintain code in R or Python for data extraction and transformation
• Perform quantitative review of data collection forms for accuracy
• Collaborate with program teams to meet evolving data and reporting needs
