Business Analyst - Data Analytics

This role is for a hands-on Business Analyst focused on Data Analytics who will translate business needs into practical data integration solutions and operational improvements. You will partner with various teams to streamline workflows, analyze data, and support digital strategy initiatives within a global business environment. • Partner with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Purchasing teams
• Lead current-state, future-state, gap, requirements, and business process analysis
• Work directly with data to support analysis, validation, mapping, and migration
• Support enterprise digital strategy initiatives
• Drive delivery activities from discovery and planning through execution
• Gather, document, validate, and refine business and technical requirements
