Business Analytics Manager

Key is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to lead their Consumer Bank Checking Acquisition & Marketing Analytics team. This player-coach role involves mentoring analysts, building campaign files and dashboards, forecasting portfolio growth, and analyzing marketing spend effectiveness. You will also develop business cases for new products and services, driving consumer household and checking portfolio growth.

• Lead campaign strategy and audience design
• Drive checking and household growth forecasting
• Manage marketing spend forecasting for a multi-million dollar budget
• Perform performance analytics to connect marketing spend to outcomes
• Lead construction of business cases for new initiatives
• Build customer segmentation and translate data into actionable insights
