About this role

As a Business and Data Analyst, you will serve as a key liaison between business units and technology teams, focusing on Workday Financial Management and HCM. You will gather requirements, write specifications, and support the implementation and testing of Workday functionality to meet evolving business needs.

What we are looking for

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Configure, test, and maintain Workday modules (HCM, Finance, etc.)
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
Develop and execute test plans for system changes and releases
Analyze and resolve Workday-related issues
Experience with Workday Financial Management and/or HCM
