What we are looking for

Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data needs into technical requirements
Build custom connectors and leverage Dataverse for data modeling
Develop and maintain BI dashboards with a focus on UI/UX best practices
Train junior team members and implement best practices for solution quality
Experience with Power BI, Qlikview, or QlikSense and ETL methodologies
