Senior Data Scientist I

Join a collaborative team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions to build AI and Generative AI-driven capabilities for client-facing HR products. You will apply Machine Learning, statistical methods, and Large Language Models end-to-end, from problem definition to production deployment, working with a distributed, cross-functional team.

• Apply ML, statistical methods, and LLMs to design and build AI/GenAI capabilities
• Work end-to-end from problem understanding to production deployment and maintenance
• Collaborate with a distributed, cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product partners
• Develop ML, analytics, and AI/GenAI features for client-facing products
• Write production-quality Python code and contribute to shared repositories
• Design and run data-driven experiments to guide technical and product decisions
