Associcate Scientist II (Contract), Drug Product Analytics

Vaxcyte is seeking a contract Associate Scientist II for their Drug Product Development team. This lab-based role involves analyzing and characterizing biomolecules, particularly proteins and vaccine formulations, using immunoassays and other analytical techniques. The position requires strong scientific judgment, independence, and meticulous record-keeping to support aggressive project timelines.

• Execute routine studies for release, development, and stability samples
• Perform analysis using multiplexed immunoassays (e.g., MSD)
• Conduct non-GxP stability studies for drug substance and vaccine products
• Develop and execute workflows on automation systems
• Analyze and interpret complex assay data, identifying trends and deviations
• Support product development and external manufacturing CMOs
