Data Scientist - Applied AI

Roche is seeking a Data Scientist specializing in Applied AI to join their Partnering Digital Solutions team in Warsaw. This role focuses on developing and deploying machine learning models and AI-enabled solutions to drive business value and strategic decision-making within the Pharma and DIA Partnering business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business challenges into scalable analytics solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI-enabled solutions
• Apply advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques
• Lead exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate challenges into analytical approaches
• Collaborate with engineering teams to operationalize AI-enabled capabilities
