As a Business Analyst on the ITW Welding Business Intelligence & Analytics team, you will be the key link between business stakeholders and our BI development team. You will translate business needs into technical specifications for dashboards and analytics, ensuring data consistency and driving performance through actionable insights. What we are looking for

Liaise between business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Manufacturing) and BI development team
Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for reporting and analytics
Translate organizational needs into technical specifications for dashboards and data models
Ensure consistency of KPI definitions across divisions
Support user training and adoption of new BI tools
3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role
