Lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and governance for Unum's enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics platform ecosystem. You will own the platform portfolio, drive modernization initiatives, and ensure scalable, secure, and governed analytics capabilities to empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is crucial for transforming how we leverage technology to deliver a differentiated customer experience.

- Define and execute enterprise analytics platform strategy and roadmap
- Own BI and analytics platform portfolio, including tool evaluation and modernization
- Lead platform transformation and consolidation initiatives
- Establish and govern enterprise analytics capabilities (semantic layer, self-service)
- Partner with business and technology leaders to align analytics with objectives
- Build and develop high-performing analytics platform teams
