Data Analyst 1

Join the Channing Division of Network Medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital as a Data Analyst. You will integrate genetic, genomic, and clinical data to study chronic respiratory diseases like COPD. This role involves applying advanced computational methods and bioinformatics to uncover disease mechanisms and identify therapeutic targets.

• Manage, process, and analyze large-scale genetic, genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, imaging, and clinical datasets
• Develop and implement reproducible bioinformatics and computational workflows using R, Python, and Linux/Unix
• Apply statistical genetics, bioinformatics, multi-omics, systems biology, and machine learning methods
• Integrate multimodal data to identify biomarkers and molecular subtypes
• Generate publication-quality figures, tables, and visualizations
• Maintain clear and reproducible documentation of analyses and code
