Oversee planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery of analytics initiatives
Translate business requirements into dashboard, reporting, and data model solutions
Analyze system data flows and identify linkages across clinical, billing, and performance reporting
Guide teams in using Azure Data Factory, cloud-based data pipelines, and digital tooling
Coach team members on analytical methods, issue resolution, and technical skill development
