About this role
Nurix Therapeutics is seeking a Scientist I in Cell Screening and Pharmacology to join their Discovery Technology team. This lab-based role involves designing, executing, and analyzing in vitro assays to characterize Degrader Antibody Conjugates (DACs). You will play a key role in advancing drug candidates from early screening through mechanistic characterization within a collaborative discovery organization.
What we are looking for
6- Design, build, and optimize in vitro pharmacology assay cascade for DACs and biologics
- Develop and perform cell-based assays to characterize DAC and biologic activity
- Cultivate and maintain mammalian cell lines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pharmacology studies
- Analyze, interpret, and communicate experimental results
- Ph.D. or MS with 6+ years of relevant experience
