Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

McKesson is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their Shared Services & Business Solutions team. This role involves developing scalable reporting, dashboards, and analytical solutions to support enterprise initiatives and improve operational performance. You will partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, define analytical approaches, and deliver insights that drive measurable business outcomes.

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
• Partner with internal customers and business leaders to understand objectives and reporting requirements
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions, including data models and visualizations
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability through validation and governance practices
• Collaborate with enterprise data and technology teams to enhance data accessibility and capabilities
