Deliver a human capital and personnel analytics program for government stakeholders, providing expertise and guidance. Analyze data, develop Tableau dashboards, and create reports to inform decision-making and improve personnel management practices. What we are looking for

11+ years of experience in human capital or personnel analytics
Experience using SQL to pull specific data from multiple databases
Experience using Python to clean and join disparate datasets
Experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboard visualizations
Experience with data analysis, providing insights and recommendations
Active TS/SCI clearance required
