Principal Business Intelligence Analyst

Ledcor is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to design, develop, and govern enterprise analytics solutions. You will create Power BI reports, data models, and ensure governed analytics practices. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights and shape the analytics platform's evolution.

• Lead design, development, and delivery of Power BI and analytics solutions
• Develop and maintain scalable semantic data models and DAX measures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business objectives
• Define, document, and enforce BI development standards and governance practices
• Own version control and deployment practices using GitHub and CI/CD workflows
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and mentor BI Analysts
