Channel and Customer Research Analyst

AlphaSense is seeking an Analyst to join their Expert Insights team in Chicago. This role focuses on identifying and vetting channel partners and customers to gather real-time market intelligence. You will build relationships, coordinate interviews, and contribute to a data-driven organization.

• Map the expert universe for assigned verticals
• Source and vet high-value channel partners and customers
• Build long-term relationships with key channel sources
• Coordinate and monitor interviews
• Develop and maintain target lists of distributors, resellers, customers
• Drive email, phone, and LinkedIn campaigns to recruit experts
