This role will assist with compensation reporting, sales analytics, forecasting, and operational insights, focusing on executing standardized analytics and maintaining dashboards. You will partner closely with senior team members to analyze commercial performance and develop foundational skills in sales analytics within a global environment.

- Assist with compensation reporting, analytics, and incentive support
- Support sales analytics, dashboard maintenance, and performance analysis
- Validate compensation and sales data for accuracy
- Assist with sales forecasting and business planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Marketing
- Proficiency in Excel required; experience with Salesforce and Power BI a plus
