Connexus Credit Union is seeking an HR Data Analyst to transform workforce data into actionable insights that enhance decision-making and improve the employee experience. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining HR dashboards and reports, analyzing key workforce trends, and identifying opportunities for improvement across the employee lifecycle. This remote role offers the chance to influence organizational goals through data-driven recommendations and expand the use of people analytics.

- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Measure and monitor employee sentiment and engagement
- Partner with HR and business leaders to define needs and deliver solutions

- Advanced proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
