• Translate business needs into detailed technical and data requirements for analytic solutions
• Partner with business stakeholders in Member Experience, Operations, and Commercial functions
• Develop custom data and analytics solutions to support informed decision-making
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and proofs of concept for data and AI solutions
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate issue resolution
• Apply advanced analytic techniques and promote best practices in solution delivery
