Senior Insights Analyst - Level 3

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Insights Analyst to join their AI & Analytics team, supporting the Chief Information & Digital Office. This role involves transforming complex operational data into actionable insights and AI-enabled decision support tools to optimize investments and accelerate digital transformation. You will partner with leaders, conduct quantitative analyses, present findings, and develop analytic products.

• Design and deliver rigorous analyses and AI-enabled solutions
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from complex enterprise systems
• Conduct quantitative analyses using statistical and computational methods
• Present findings through clear data storytelling to executive audiences
• Develop and maintain analytic products, dashboards, and automated pipelines
• Define, develop, and govern business metrics and KPIs
