About this role
Entrust is seeking a Data Analyst to support our Revenue Operations, Sales, Compensation, and Customer Success teams. You will develop, maintain, and improve business reporting and analytics, investigate data questions, and translate business requirements into reliable analytical solutions. This hands-on role requires comfort with detailed data investigation, Tableau development, and stakeholder communication.
What we are looking for 6
- Own and maintain Tableau dashboards for NRR, GRR, ACV, retention, sales performance, and customer analytics
- Communicate analytical findings and dashboard methodology to business stakeholders
- Develop repeatable processes to improve reporting efficiency and reliability
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across various source systems
- Translate business requirements into new or enhanced data solutions
- 5+ years of experience in data/analytical roles with advanced Excel and Tableau skills
