Senior Data Scientist

Join ING's global Analytics team as a Senior Data Scientist focused on Generative AI and Large Language Models. You will design, build, and deploy intelligent agents and workflows, integrating them with various systems to create measurable business value in a regulated financial environment. This hands-on role involves defining technical standards, guiding architectural decisions, and mentoring other data scientists.

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered intelligent workflows
• Develop multi-agent solutions interacting with tools, APIs, and databases
• Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Build context-aware AI solutions combining business data and LLMs
• Define technical standards and guide architectural decisions for Agentic AI
• Establish evaluation, monitoring, and governance for production AI solutions
