Sr Manager, Data Analytics

Lead a team of analysts and engineers to develop and deliver customer-facing analytics solutions for healthcare providers. This role bridges customer needs with product and engineering teams to drive strategy and execution of analytics products.

• Define and execute vision and strategy for analytics product offerings
• Partner with Product Management to identify new analytics products
• Translate customer needs into scalable analytics solutions
• Lead and grow a team of analysts and analytics engineers
• Establish standards for analytics product design and metric definitions
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to deliver analytics capabilities
