Business Analyst ll

As a Business Analyst II, you will conduct in-depth business process analyses and needs assessments to align operations with strategic initiatives. You will prepare functional and system specifications, support management with data analysis and reporting, and assist with testing efforts. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive operational improvements and ensure the successful implementation of system enhancements.

• Evaluate business activities, performance, and systems for simplification
• Compile data, prepare reports, and present findings to management
• Coordinate testing and debugging of new or modified software
• Develop and execute formal test plans for quality assurance
