As a Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Intern, you will partner with business leaders to transform complex customer service data into actionable insights. You will lead a capstone project to design and deploy automated Power BI dashboards and SQL data models. This role offers the opportunity to evaluate KPIs, identify operational bottlenecks, and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
