Senior Director, Clinical and Translational Research

Lead Omada Health's clinical and translational research efforts to demonstrate the value of its programs. This role involves designing and executing studies, analyzing health economics data, and translating findings for commercialization. You will also mentor a team of scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize program impact and member outcomes.

• Lead clinical and health economics research studies
• Design and execute RCTs, observational studies, and economic models
• Develop and interpret HEOR, cost-effectiveness, and total cost of care analyses
• Lead and mentor a team of PhD-level scientists
• Publish research findings and author thought leadership pieces
• Collaborate with Clinical Strategy and Commercial teams for evidence-based value stories
