Data & Assessment Analyst

The Data & Assessment Analyst supports the Division of Enrollment Management & Student Affairs through comprehensive data analysis, assessment, and reporting. This role involves analyzing trends, measuring outcomes, and understanding student needs to inform decision-making across various programs and services. You will develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings and partner with departments to identify opportunities for improvement, contributing to student success and institutional initiatives.

• Conduct data analysis and assessment for Enrollment Management & Student Affairs
• Analyze student engagement, success, retention, and experience data
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations for leadership
• Support program assessment, surveys, and institutional reporting
• Collaborate with university partners on data initiatives
• Identify opportunities for program and service improvement
