Senior Technical Analyst

As a Senior Technical Analyst at Further, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clients maximize their data's value. You'll configure platforms like Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), build tailored reports and dashboards, and translate complex data insights into actionable business decisions for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• 3-5 years of analytics experience with technical and functional balance
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Define business requirements and build dashboards/reporting
• Configure metrics and dimensions with strong data structure understanding
• Translate technical concepts and data insights to diverse audiences
• Experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools
