Business Analytics Intern

Gables Residential is seeking a Business Analytics Intern to support the collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting of operational performance data across their national multifamily portfolio. This role will leverage business intelligence and research to inform strategic decisions related to operational expenses and environmental performance initiatives.

• Collect, validate, and analyze operational data from multiple sources
• Develop reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Perform data quality reviews and improve data management processes
• Analyze utility consumption and key performance indicators
• Assist with financial and operational analyses
• Support special projects involving business intelligence and portfolio analytics
