Manager Data Business Intelligence

Lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of enterprise business intelligence and analytics capabilities across global corporate and manufacturing organizations. This role focuses on enabling data-driven decision-making through platform modernization, self-service capabilities, and AI-powered solutions, partnering with executive leadership to drive transformation.

• Lead global team for business intelligence, analytics engineering, and reporting
• Own Microsoft Fabric and Power BI platforms, including strategy and governance
• Drive modernization of legacy analytics environments
• Establish enterprise governance frameworks for reporting and citizen development
• Lead enterprise adoption of self-service analytics
• Influence organizational change management for new technologies and AI capabilities
