Data Business Analyst Lead

As a Lead Data Business Analyst at BMO, you will drive the delivery of data-centric investment solutions, translating business needs into technical requirements. You will collaborate across various teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and contribute to the strategy for investment data quality, modeling, and reporting.

• Lead requirements gathering for investment data solutions
• Translate business objectives into data and solution requirements
• Subject matter expert on investment data (securities, holdings, performance)
• Develop data mappings, dictionaries, and lineage documentation
• Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Partner with business, operations, and technology teams
