Principal, Data Scientist - Applied Machine Learning

Lead the design and delivery of machine learning solutions for personalization and ad targeting. You will own complex problems end-to-end, translating needs into scalable ML models and working closely with product and engineering partners to advance ML strategy. This role involves setting technical standards, contributing hands-on deep learning models, and mentoring other data scientists.

• Design and deliver ML solutions for personalization and ad targeting
• Own complex, ambiguous problems from conception to deployment
• Build, evaluate, and iterate on advanced deep learning models
• Design and apply rigorous offline metrics and online experimentation
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align on scope and drive execution
• Provide technical leadership and mentor data scientists
