Manager, Data Science- Merchandising Category Analytics

Lead Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI initiatives for Merchandising Category Analytics. Partner with Merchandising and Technology teams to translate strategic priorities into scalable, data-driven solutions that improve business performance. You will lead a high-performing team, taking solutions from opportunity identification through deployment and value realization.

• Shape Data Science and AI portfolio aligned with merchandising and enterprise priorities
• Lead solution development for pricing, assortment, promotions, forecasting, and optimization
• Advance AI and ML innovation, including generative AI
• Ensure end-to-end delivery from discovery to production deployment and value realization
• Lead and develop a team of data scientists and analysts
• Measure business value and demonstrate impact of Data Science, ML, and AI investments
