People Analytics Analyst

• Automate recurring reports and streamline analysis using generative AI tools
• Build, maintain, and enhance workforce dashboards for key HR metrics
• Analyze trends and surface insights for HR and business leaders
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes
• Respond to ad hoc reporting and data requests
• Coordinate and complete workforce-related data requests for external reporting
